At Country Fusion in Nashville, Elizabeth, Dana, and other trained instructors teach two-step and country swing in a relaxed one-hour class. You do not need a partner or prior experience. Expect clear lead-and-follow basics, practice time, and moves you can use at Nashville honky-tonks.

At Nashville’s Roll Academy, you learn the history and science of rolled ice cream, then make two servings: a best-selling flavor and your own creation. The 30-minute class is limited to four people, includes an apron and photos, and offers vegan and gluten-free choices.
